How does WATHIF’s recruitment process work?
In order to initiate the recruitment process, the employer will need to submit his Commercial License, Authorized Signatory documents, and the local recruitment request form.

We help employers hire the best local candidates based on their critical needs and requirements. We perform pre-screening on the candidates ensuring they meet the employer’s expectation and standard.

How long will it take to locally hire candidates?
The recruitment duration depends on the availability of the candidates and clients.
What if I am not satisfied with the candidate I hired?
If you are not satisfied with the candidate, we shall provide you with one replacement for that position if it is within WATHIF’s grace period.

You can apply for a job through WATHIF by submitting your CV and application form.
Does WATHIF guarantee finding me a job?
WATHIF does not guarantee finding you a job. However, if you pass the pre-screening interview, we shall ensure lining you up for any upcoming client interviews we may have.
Are there any recruitment charges I have to pay to WATHIF?
WATHIF does not charge candidate any recruitment service charges. All we need in return is your attendance to client interviews.

We have a selected client base from different industries and sectors. We cater to all industries and sectors and we are trying to expand our recruitment outreach to multiple reputable companies.

How does WATHIF’s recruitment process work?
In order to initiate the recruitment process, the Client will need to submit his Commercial License, Authorized Signatory documents, and the overseas recruitment request form.
Which countries does WATHIF recruit overseas candidates from?
For overseas hiring, we currently only recruit from India. However, we will soon be expanding our overseas recruitment to new regions.
What are the advantages of recruiting overseas candidates through WATHIF?
The main advantage is that we have a base in Kuwait for any inquiries or assistance. Moreover, our headhunting is based on the job description submitted by the Client. We perform pre-screening on the candidates ensuring they meet the Client’s expectation and standard.
How long will it take for the overseas candidates to arrive at Kuwait?
After WATHF receives the candidate’s visa from the Client, it may take between 45 to 75 days for the Client to arrive to Kuwait. However, it may take less time depending on the situation at the time.
What if the candidate does not meet my standard after his arrival to Kuwait?
If the Client does not meet your expectation, we shall give you a free recruitment for a replacement. This shall only be provided within the first 90 days of the candidate’s arrival.
What are the recruitment service charges applied for overseas recruitment?
The recruitment service fees depends on the candidate’s offered salary and job position.
How will I conduct the interviews with the overseas candidates?
Interviews shall only be conducted once the line-ups and CVs are ready for the Client. WATHIF’s team shall then schedule Skype interviews at the Client’s convenience with the overseas candidates. The team will arrange multiple rounds of interview and line-ups until the Client has made their final selections.
